Only payment of your 50% deposit will transfer your offer into a confirmed order and start up production

You will receive the order confirmation by email

Once the goods are ready you will receive a pro forma invoice with a request to pay the oustanding balance

Conformity of the goods has to be checked upon delivery

Claims are only considered up to 24 hours after delivery. Photographical evidence taken at the moment of unpacking must be provided (packaging surrounding goods) and forwarded to sales6@onnocollection.com

All offers are valid for 8 weeks unless specified otherwise

CAUTION: All payments for ONNO should always and only be made to ING -bank BELGIUM.

Any other instructions for payment that may occur in abusive use of emails should NOT be followed and must be reported immediately by calling ONNO.
